I haven't received my order. What should I do?

When you purchase any product from us, it comes with Free Technical support to assist you. We understand all users are not equally technical people to configure all the tech gadgets for their very first attempt. This is a very common scenario, we often face issues to configure any new tech products but that doesn’t mean the product is faulty or not working. That is the reason, we are here to support you to get the work done and to assist you to get configured your product purchased from Dealhub.lk

Here is the simple way to get After sales support from our technical team
  1. Let us know if you are unable to configure yourself as early as possible and must within 3 days or within the warranty period (If it has a warranty) by Calling 07777 300 25 or Email us- [email protected]
  2. We will assist you on how to solve the issue from your end. In most cases, the issue could be solved with reference YouTube video links or over phone support, or with email support. In this case, it would be faster if you could provide us more details about the issue with screenshots to identify the problem so that we can go through it and help you quickly solve the issue.   3. If the issue is not solved over the phone or in another way, you need to visit our Store with the device. After visiting our Store, we will test the product with our technical person and will try to fix the issues soon. If the issue with our product, we may offer you an immediate replacement with another one but if the issue with your other devices and the still product is working with our devices that will not cover replacement but we will try to help you to work with your device as a courtesy. 
Can you send your Technical Person to my home/office to solve any product issue?

Unfortunately NO. We received many requests for after-sales support every day and we have seen most of the cases the issue solved just following the right steps and for this reason, we can’t send any person to customer address and to solve. For any after-sales support, you need to visit our Store so that we can investigate and solve the issues immediately. We have several experts and we want to ensure you solve the issue. If not solve, we can replace the new product to solve and provide better service to every valuable customer.

What if the product still NOT work after visiting your store?

In this case, we will test and try to find the issues and if that is not possible and the product is within 7 days replacement policy– we will replace it with a new one. If the product came to us after 7 days and if the product has a warranty- we will keep it for the warranty and it may take 3 to 7 days to get the issue solved. We will take note of the issues you found and give you an approximate time for the solution. Once the items are repaired, you need to visit our office and collect it in person. 

What if I can’t come within 7 Days and am I still able to get the support?

YES! If you inform us of your issue with the order number we will keep a note and you can visit us later as well. If you can’t come yourself you can send any person with the product and with the invoice copy. After receiving the product at our Store we will check and contact you with the solution.

What if I found any problem after 7 days and if there is no warranty on the product?

In this case, we can’t help 100% but we generally try to give Free support and consultancy but we can’t guaranty to replace if the product is not working. So, we always request to all, please let us know if you face any issues immediately. 

Note: Please be noted that We can’t accept our person to visit your location to solve any issue. Our delivery team won’t be able to provide any technical support. For technical & after-sales support, you must need to visit our store with the product. You need to consider one more thing, we just sell the products and we are not the manufacturer to solve all the issues which are related to the product itself. Refunds and returns are not processed via the site interface after purchase; instead, please contact our dedicated support team through the details on your Dealhub.lk warranty card or Invoice/Order Number. If you need help finding these details, feel free to contact us. Dealhub.lk reserves the right to decline guarantee claims in cases of suspected policy misuse.

  • Direct Processing: There shall not be any refunds or returns processed automatically via the Site. Any product or service requiring a refund or return must be directly coordinated with Dealhub.lk using the contact information provided on the warranty card or our official support channels.

  • Warranty Claims: For products with a company warranty, the terms and conditions specified by the warranty provider will apply. Dealhub.lk will facilitate the process to ensure you receive the necessary support.

  • Transportation Costs: Dealhub.lk is not responsible for any transportation or shipping costs incurred when returning a product for a refund or warranty claim under any circumstances. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clothing (underwear, earrings, swimwear, etc.), food items, and sports supplements, do not come with any warranties, return/refund policies, or money-back guarantees due to their nature and hygiene reasons.

  • Transaction Fees: A 5% transaction fee will be charged on all cancelled orders, regardless of whether the product has been dispatched or not.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: Our Money-Back Guarantee applies only to products priced at Rs. 2,000 or less on the Dealhub.lk marketplace, subject to inspection.

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be processed strictly through the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to forfeit any guarantee or refund request if we suspect any abuse of our money-back guarantee offer or return policy.

Money-Back Guarantee Policy

The Dealhub.lk Money Back Guarantee applies to all products on the Dealhub.lk Marketplace priced at Rs.1,000 or less only.

To claim the money back for a product(s) you have purchased from us (Whether it’s been delivered to you already or not), please email us at [email protected] to initiate the process or call our hotline at 07777 300 25 if it’s still not delivered to you, within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase.

 

You should return the goods to us in their original (unopened) condition with package and other material (catalog etc.) that came with the product. We will refund you the original price paid for the goods less 5% transaction fee and our delivery charges if applicable within 1 week (7 days).

Requesting Refund

You can request a refund via [email protected]. A 5% or Rs. 500.00 (Whichever is greater) Restocking/handling fee will be charged whether the product has been dispatched or not. Dealhub.lk will refund the amount after reducing the fee to the original payment method used by the customer.

 

In the event of a delivered order being requested to refund, first the product should be returned to Dealhub.lk and once a thorough inspection has been carried out by the Dealhub.lk Staff for any damages, the refund will be processed as mentioned above and the total delivery cost will not be refunded. If any damages have been caused during custody of the customer, the refund request will be voided. Customer will be required to collect the goods from Dealhub.lk.
