Panasonic KX-TG6711 Digital Cordless Phone, Smart Function Key, Power Backup

Panasonic KX-TG6711 Digital Cordless Phone: Clear Calls, Smart Features, Simple Controls

The Panasonic KX-TG6711 is a digital cordless phone with a 1.8-inch amber backlit display, 100-name phonebook, and up to 15 hours of talk time on a single charge. Because it uses Panasonic’s Clear Sound technology, calls stay crisp and clear even when you move further from the base unit. It is manufactured in Malaysia by Panasonic Corporation.

It also includes caller ID with a 50-call log, a speakerphone, and a one-touch eco mode that reduces signal output by 90%. The Smart Function Key on top of the handset flashes to show when the phone is ringing, so you can see an incoming call even from across the room. Who Is This Phone For?

This phone suits homes and small offices that need a reliable cordless landline with clear audio and practical features. For example, it works well for families who want to share one line across multiple rooms, or for anyone who needs caller ID and call blocking to manage incoming calls. FAQ

Does the Panasonic KX-TG6711 digital cordless phone support Caller ID?
Yes. It supports Caller ID and logs the last 50 callers. However, because Caller ID is a subscription service, you need to contact your telephone service provider to activate it on your line before this feature works.

What does the Smart Function Key do?
The Smart Function Key is the top key on the handset. It flashes when the phone rings, so you can see an incoming call at a glance even from a distance. Because it changes behaviour based on the situation, it also acts as a status indicator for other phone states.

What is eco mode?
Eco mode reduces the wireless signal output of the handset by 90% compared to normal mode. Because it activates with a single button press, it is easy to switch on when you do not need full range — for example, when you are sitting close to the base unit.

Can the base station be mounted on a wall?
Yes. The base station is wall-mountable using two screws. However, the screws are not included in the box, so you need to supply your own.
